Our Process

Competency Testing and Skills Testing
Competency evaluation and Skills checklist is done by providing candidates with a questionnaire that extensively tests their knowledge. These competence and skills tests are based on the candidate’s work/professional experience, competency, and ethics.

Interview
Our recruiter will call the applicant within 24-48 hours for initial screening questions to ensure they meet our minimum employment requirements. Next, a face-to-face, telephone or video interview will be scheduled to customize the candidate’s employment needs.

Background Check
All background checks are performed before an employee is assigned to any assignment.
04.
Identification
Provide proof to establish both identity and employment authorization to work in Canada.
05.
Performance Evaluation
A performance evaluation will be done at the end of long-term assignments, as well as any required coaching needed to perform the job effectively including the first day at work.

Management Model
